Can I cope and care at the same time? This is a good question to be asked. Sometimes whatever that happens to us really bring us to wonder why it all happen, and we will start to pin point here and there, we will just simply picked up something to blame and we never look to ourselves. When we reflect back to what we have done, then we are able to see that it all came from us, our own self. We are the one that should be blame for and we should learn to be responsible for all the things that we have done. But still this is a hard thing to do, because we are humans and we are weak. We need strength to carry on. I read this beautiful song written in the book of Psalms 46, here is what it says:
God is our refuge and strength
An ever present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth gives way
And the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
Though its waters roar and foam
And the mountains quake with their surging.
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
The holy place where the Most High dwells.
God is within her, she will not fall,
God will help her break of day.
Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall
He lifts his voice, the earth melts.
The Lord Almighty is with us,
The God of Jacob is our fortress
Come and see the works of the Lord
The desolations he has brought on the earth.
He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth
He breaks the bow and shatters the spear,
He burns the shields with fire
Be still and know that I am God,
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth
The Lord Almighty is with us,
The God of Jacob is our fortress.
God will hear us from Heaven as we draw near to Him, as long as continue to pray though sometimes whatever we pray for may takes time, by praying consistently and never give up, we learn to have Faith and this faith will give us Hope and in the end we will see some changes. This is God’s Love for us. Prayer puts us in touch with God, He is our greatest caregiver. So, can coping while caring be done? Yes, it can because He is the one who gives us strength to do all things. AMEN!
